Global Essential Services, LLC GES) is a healthcare consulting, education and coaching company registered in the state of Texas, United States of America and some parts of the world with the purpose of improving nursing education, thus, providing quality care for patients. As we all know, the world has suddenly become a small village through technology, social media, businesses, and travels. The movement for global partnership in all aspects of our lives has never been more imperative, with quality universal healthcare being at the forefront. As we all witnessed during recent outbreaks, the emergence of a disease in one continent can spread to other continents within hours. As such, quality training and empowering of healthcare workers globally becomes priority for all healthcare stakeholders. GES acknowledges this need, thus, seeking to partner with institutions worldwide for healthcare training, skills improvement, research & development, evidence-based practice and other health quality improvement programs. To assist in this movement, GES, in collaboration with hospitals and International recruiting agencies here in the USA, launched innovative nursing education programs for locally and internationally trained nurses, seeking to take work or migrate to the USA. So far, our programs have thousands of Nurses to not only be successful in passing their USA Nursing Board(NCLEX) but has also equipped them with necessary skill sets successful transition into the USA healthcare system.
