At Global HRIS, we are global payroll project consultants ready to support your next payroll, HR or time system implementation. With us, you get big consultancy quality, but without the big consultancy price tag!! We specialise in testing and are the only consultancy worldwide to offer dedicated testing services for Payroll, HR & time systems. However, we also offer project management and data migration services. "When would we use a consultancy like Global HRIS?" we hear you cry. Well, fear not, we will give a couple of scenarios below. Scenario 1: You have decided to move your payroll (either a single country or multi-country) to a new provider, an ADP, Strada, Neeyamo, etc. Our consultants would sit on your side of the table to act as your project team for the new implemention/s. If you have done a project before, I am sure you will remember what a pain it was to do your day job and work on it. We can take that pain away and allow you to do your day job whilst you get peace of mind we are working tirelessly on your behalf to make your project a success. We do not have to be your entire project team though. If you have your project team almost in place but need more critical skills or experience in one area, we can come and fill that gap for you. Whether it is project management, testing or data migration, we can support. Scenario 2: Your HR/Payroll/time system is no longer working for you or you have outgrown it and are starting to think about moving. Our team can perform a full review of your As Is situation. Using that review, we can then work with you to help you to help you decide where you want to be. We can help you and your procurement team draft a document so you can go out to tender for a new system or service and support your legal team during contract negotiations. As we do not offer payroll system config services, we are truly independent. So you get peace of mind that we will find the system best suited to your organisation.
