About Global Intercultural Services (GLINTS)
Faith based consulting firm coaching professionals preparing for cross-cultural work assignments outside the United States, for cross-cultural marriages and family relationships, for multicultural office teams, for second-generation and TCK issues. We use the Golden Personality Profiler, IDI, APEST and StrengthsFinder tests results. Our vision is to see the acceleration of the global advance of the Gospel, accomplished in three ways: rapid deployment of global staff, building capacity in partner ministries worldwide and equipping the local church to send their own to mission fields across the globe. Assessment of ministry candidates, evaluating for cross-cultural competency and equipping for resiliency comprise the main focus of the founders, Levi & Diane Velasco. GLINTS is also uniquely positioned to participate directly in the US and international response to natural disasters around the world, sending volunteers and financial assistance through established global partners, as well as vetted local ministries. GLINTS is involved through its global staff and global partners in anti-human trafficking, biblical education and leadership development, radio outreach and print publication, ministry to children-at-risk and those traumatized by war, displacement and natural disasters, and more.
