About Global Mediation
Global Mediation was established in 1999 by Adam Gersch, a barrister and CEDR Accredited Mediator. Adam was experienced in litigation and knew how stressful and costly legal proceedings could be. Having trained as a mediator, he grew to appreciate the many benefits of dispute resolution outside the court system. Since 2006 the high quality of our services has been externally audited, recognised and accredited. Initially, the company concentrated on SEN mediation. In 2014 changes in legislation meant there was a huge increase in the number of SEN mediations and Global now has contracts with over 60 local authorities. Over time, as the company has expanded and the panel of mediators has increased, it has been possible to offer a wide range of mediation services, covering all aspects of personal and professional life. In addition, we are able to offer an extensive range of education and training programmes, helping clients to recognise and effectively manage conflict themselves.
