Global Modular, Inc. was founded in November 2001. Over the years, several modular manufacturers have come and gone, but Global is still here. Our long-term business model was structured to provide our customers with “full service” type construction services utilizing modular technology. Located in Central California, our facility is geographically located to efficiently serve both the Northern and Southern California markets. Our manufacturing plant encompasses 100,000 square feet in a controlled indoor environment with three production lines. From standard relocatable classrooms to complete campuses inclusive of cafeterias, gymnasiums, auditoriums, science and computer labs, daycare/head start, restrooms and administrative buildings, Global possesses State of California approved designs to accommodate all of your space requirements from both a practical and aesthetic perspective. A major attribute Global has to offer is our unique “Slab-on-Grade” permanent construction design. The slab-on-grade process consists of a site installed poured concrete slab which serves as the floor, followed by modular sections built in our factory then shipped and placed on site. This design includes options for varying roof pitches along with a variety of exterior finishes to create the appearance of stick-built construction.
