Global Relocation Solutions Inc. is a two part executive service for pre relocation and corporate relocation support. It begins with potential new hires or transferees who require unique information to assist them with their decision to relocate for a new role. A unique orientation tour is designed only after spending an hour on a conference call with the executive and partner to reveal their questions and concerns. They arrive at the destination city and the full day unique orientation covering each concern takes place. At the end of the day, they are prepared to make an informed decision around the acceptance of a new role. Stage two, or the second part of the service is to assist the executive with their relocation. After the executive has agreed to the transfer, we immediately create a timeline and subsequent plan that works for each member of the family. Our attention to detail eliminates the need for the family to spend any more time than necessary out of their own home either at origin or destination. The next step is to plan a date for the househunting trip where a home is selected. Often on the househunting trip we complete some of the settling in services such as obtaining their Social Insurance Number, Health Care Cards, opening bank accounts, selecting vehicles, etc.. If possible we take one day to deal with education, the enrollment procedures. Upon arrival often the family has to move into furnished temporary accommodation while they wait for the arrival of their household goods. Often time’s pets need to be considered, we are happy to locate pet-friendly units to take care of the whole family!
