Global-Tec Holdings Pte Ltd and Global-Tec Consultants Pte Ltd, have specialised in MCST condos repairs, restoration, property maintenance, facilities management and landscaping in Singapore since 2012. The support and recommendations provided by our valued MCST condo and property customers have accelerated our endeavour and commitment to deliver quality and timely repairs and maintenance services at all times. We, now offer our professional, reliable, quality one-stop service to home, office and property owners, Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) Managing Agents, Property Consultants, Property Management Companies and Condo Managers and aspire to strengthen our liaison with these professionals progressively. To-date, we have participated in the repairs, restoration, reconstruction and/or maintenance services and projects for more than 80 condos, shops, factories, commercial and industrial buildings in Singapore. Referrals made by MCST Condo and Property Managers have enhanced our steady growth and penetration into the direct consumers’ market – individual home and property owners. We have, since been approached by condo and property owners to perform minor repairs, especially the handling of water seepage and leakage issues; and renovation work – relocation of services to create more living space at short notice. Global-Tec Holdings Pte Ltd and Global-Tec Consultants Pte Ltd have set up our Home Reno, Maintenance Services and Handyman Services to meet adhoc needs of our customers at their convenience. Our continuous efforts to better serve our MCST condo, estate home owners in numerous, varied ways saw the debut of another of our Home Ancillary Services division – DISPOSAL, REMOVAL AND TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR MCST condo and property owners on 15 December 2014.
