Welcome: Who are Global Work Placements? Global Work Placements is a career tailoring service for people from different countries to take part in lots of different work experience programmes both paid (e.g. hotel jobs, graduate training etc. ) and unpaid (e.g. internships). We are a small team of people that take pride in tailoring peoples’ careers from beginning and often to the end. We work in two different ways. 1) Through Agents abroad that pass us students with aspirations 2) From private clients who wish to work directly through us How it all began? Global Work Placements started in October 2007 as a work placement company offering internships and paid hospitality jobs to international students through the University of Cambridge in the International Examinations Division. And since we have enjoyed enormous success in placing our international people in some of the top companies in the UK, we decided to expand our clientele to people in the UK too looking for a bespoke tailored career. What we can do? Help candidates with their CV’s with our professional CV writing service (coming soon!) At the moment we are offering general free advice until we have been accredited to write CV’s. We can offer a work placement in accordance with a person’s favoured sector. We can provide support and monitoring whilst the person is at their placement. How can we help your company?
