Globitas is an independent value-add investment company. A hands-on investor, for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs. We typically enter in special situations, have a pragmatic approach, find creative solutions and support businesses to unlock the underlying value fundamentals. We invest across the entire capital structure and are sector agnostic. We pro-actively apply our investment strategies to add value to our participations. We Embrace Change. When times are changing or are tough, we connect the dots and find new ways. We don’t only look at the company’s financial performance, but take a wider, more entrepreneurial perspective. We use our creativity and hands-on approach to unlock value from the company’s fundamentals, its assets, and the industry. We look at the long-term, focus on innovation, and are not afraid to pivot a company’s business model to drive a turnaround to profitability and become ‘ahead of the curve’ again. At Globitas we always maintain a socially responsible and sustainable approach. We creatively structure our deals, whilst safeguarding our downside risk. We have a low-risk approach, with high-risk returns. We have a no-nonsense mentality and work with rolled up sleeves. As entrepreneurs we are not afraid to go the extra mile. We invest across the capital structure and are sector agnostic, although we do like some spaces more than others. We do not invest in early stage seed-, start- of scale-ups, but we do integrate them to our platforms.
