About Globus - NTNU

Globus is the student association (linjeforening) of and for students in the Master of Science in Global Manufacturing Management (GMM) at NTNU. We strive to improve the professional and social lives of GMM students. Through the semester we plan and host various events and to establish early involvement with industry through company visits and company presentations. It is essential for our programme to maintain close collaborations with industry. Master of Science in Global Manufacturing Management (GMM) is a 2-year international engineering study programme at NTNU in Trondheim. Students are a mix of Norwegian and international students from a broad range of engineering backgrounds who specialize in advanced topics within the fields of Production management or Purchasing management. The programme is managed by the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at NTNU. The students work in close collaboration with industry, solving various cases that combines engineering and management competences.
