Glocal Finance SA is a consulting firm member of Economic Chamber of Greece focused and specialized on three core business services, a) Debt Restructuring b) Turnaround Management and c) Business Auditing. Along with the core business processes, we also provide supportive services in finances, accounting, tax, legal and property issues as well as in business training. Glocal Service Mix is provided as an integrated package to our customers on a medium term basis. Our target market is mainly the area of viable business firms in Greece with financial distress and non-performing loans (NPL). Glocal’s Service Mix goal is the capital and financial restructuring through planning and implementation of an effective turnaround management. Our clients portfolio, includes firms and organizations mainly from the sectors of tourism, health, real estate, and commerce. Our manpower includes executives with distinct banking experience in Greece, excellent academic education, professional expertise in credit and investment banking as well as in the management of non performing exposures from the bank’s point of view. Within our CSR we present analyze and discuss banking and legal framework for the management of NPL and the importance of the activation of “Turnaround Management Process” in business firms.
