GloreSoft connects global IT professionals with German SMEs, who are often desperately looking for the right talents. Depending on their needs, we either provide the right people on a project-by-project basis or search for and attract the most suitable talents for permanent positions. The GloreSoft management team knows both the demands and working methods of German SMEs, as well as the motivation and qualification of international talents. GloreSoft founder and owner Prasad Chaudhari, for example, has grown up and studied in India and has worked as a software developer and agile coach in Germany for about 20 years. Therefore, we understand the specific technical needs of the companies looking for candidates. We know which candidates fit a 100 percent or can – based on their prior education and programming skills – be quickly trained to fit the job in question. We make sure that recruits rapidly get up to speed and that they integrate well into our clients’ teams. We offer both parties - employer and employee - assistance with the formalities related to international recruiting, in particular visas and long-term work permits. We help Indian professionals, who, in addition to a first-class education, often bring along internationally recognized standard certifications from Amazon, Microsoft, SAP and Oracle, to settle in Germany and get to know the local work culture. For this purpose, we work together with specialized trainers. We check every applicant professionally and personally before we send a profile to our clients.
