About Gloucester Student Houses

We are a small family-run business based in Gloucester that delivers top quality accommodation for students. We have been landlords for over 20 years and after having our own children at university we feel we know the standards that students are entitled to expect. We have a specialist branch in property management and work with a variety of landlords to offer the very best in student accommodation, taking away the day to day headaches of operations and working directly with and finding new tenants. We also invest in property redevelopment and refurbishment, and have a passion for redeveloping derelict sites. We work closely with Gloucester City Council’s Enviromental Health Department and under their Licensing and Fit to Rent schemes. We are a registered member of the National Landlords Association.
