About GLT Partners

We are a new kind of support agency for charities, social enterprises, community businesses, not for profit organisations and public bodies. We work with you to identify new ways of working, building on strengths, finding solutions to problems and helping you to unlock new sources of income. All GLT Partners Directors have a track record of successful delivery gained through decades of experience working at a national, regional and local level including at Director and Chief Executive level. We aim to provide national level support and expertise at regional prices. We all work as independent consultants as well as working together on bigger initiatives at GLT Partners. When you contact us, we can discuss whether your needs will be better met through GLT Partners or through working individually with us. Ethically motivated, and experts in the development and delivery of a wide range of business support, projects, programmes and strategy development, we work with Senior Management Teams, Trustees, Directors and CEOs to help you collectively grow and achieve your goals. We combine theory with practice and offer support as well as challenge to define and meet your ambition. We concentrate on four main areas (see below) and will tailor our support to meet your needs.
