GMG Group of Companies was established in 2008 with the launch of GMG Brokers Ltd in the United Kingdom, operating from London and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Shortly after, GMG expanded its operations with the creation of GMG (Dubai) Limited in Dubai International Financial Centre, regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority. GMG has risen rapidly over the years to become one of the most respected inter-dealer brokers with a strong presence across key financial markets globally. In 2022, GMG opened its European entity, GMG Europe B.V., based in Amsterdam the Netherlands, regulated by the Autoriteit Financiele Markten and operating as an Organized Trading Facility, with its branch in Prague strengthening its presence in Central Europe. As a well-capitalized inter-dealer broker, GMG’s core values are integrity, independence, dedication and trust. Backed by a strong risk and compliance culture the firm has an experienced group of brokers, brokerage system solutions providers, and business partners. GMG’s core activity as an inter-dealer broker is providing brokerage services for institutional clients and today the company facilitates deals on behalf of over 200 financial institutions including international banks, brokerage houses and investment firms spanning the UK, Europe, MENA, Central European countries, Asia and Africa.
