GMI Solutions Ltd was incorporated in 2011. We provide project delivery services to our clients on various different levels. Below is a few examples of what we provide: • Complete Project Delivery / Handover Management from design to completion. • Asset and Maintenance Integration. • Quality Assurance supporting project management teams. • Writing of Bespoke Operation and Maintenance Manuals / Technical Documentation. Where required, we also write these in a format requested by the client. • Collation and supply of technical data for newly installed assets and maintenance schedules for those assets. • Document Control and administration Services. • We supply all of the above for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, Structural and Architectural works. GMI have supplied our services to clients for over 500 projects. The projects have ranged from single asset installations to brand new buildings complete with all services. A large proportion of our works have been for the airport sector. At Gatwick, Heathrow and London City Airports the handover of any project has to follow their strict processes. GMI have worked very closely with their project teams and have won works through other contractors based on recommendation alone. Off airport, the processes differ from client to client. Working on behalf of our clients, we supply the end user with full details for any project. We would supply comprehensive detail on assets installed, testing & commissioning information, COSHH statements, hazards & risks, operation & control, fault finding & troubleshooting, cleaning and how to maintain assets. We also work closely with designers ensuring that any design information is correct and to standard before issuing to their client. We also offer full document control services should clients require it.
