About GO ART! (Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council)
We have been dedicated to developing the cultural life in Genesee and Orleans Counties by facilitating the creation, presentation and experience of art, heritage and traditions. Art is a large part of our daily lives. We offer galleries for artists to showcase their work, various classes, workshops, children and teen programs for residents of Genesee and Orleans Counties. We believe that art is valuable and want to promote it in the community as much as possible. At the Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council (GOART), we strive to provide the best art and cultural experience for the members of the Genesee and Orleans Counties. Art is extremely important to our daily lives, and we recognize the value it brings. We offer many different classes throughout the year including art, music and performance classes. We have classes specifically tailored to children, so they can take part in the arts and discover their passion. Stop by the teen center for various classes and events aimed to promote the arts at the high school level and create a safe space for all, anyone from grades 9-12 are welcome.
