We’re GO, a local, family-run property development company working in Hertfordshire, Essex and beyond. Our purpose is to change the perception of property developers, by growing our family’s skills to make sure we deliver outstanding customer experience and family homes of quality. We’re in the unique position of being able to focus our efforts on areas of the business in which most others in our industry fall short - customer experience. Our priority is to ensure our customers enjoy their experience with GO Homes, whether or not they end up buying with us. Choosing to build smaller developments compared to many of our neighbouring developers enables us to carefully craft communities ideal for families of all shapes and sizes, as well as to work hard to ensure they make for a perfect fit into the other communities in the surrounding areas. We manage all aspects of our company under one roof, from acquiring land to designing, constructing and selling homes, which means we can move more quickly than others in our industry and have created an efficient, streamlined and enjoyable process. We added “family” to our name as family has always been at our core. Sharing the same values, our team members (or family members!) enjoy working closely together. We’re a family-run business, with a family tree at the heart of everything we do.
