GOFINTECH is a technology provider heading to obtain a FinTech license pursuant to Article 1b of the Swiss Federal Banking Act . The application audit for the FinTech license has been initiated and will lead to the license application filing in Q4-2023. GOFINTECH envisage to become a leading embedded finance platform as a regulated player who bridges traditional finance and digital assets. GOFINTECH further applied for a membership at the Financial Services Standards Association VQF, a Swiss-based Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO) officially recognized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). This membership will allow GOFINTECH to act as intermediary to offer digital asset services (Digital Asset Custody, Custody-as-a-Service, Tokenisation-as-a-Service). Blockchain technology and its fast-paced development released an unlocked potential in innovations of transacting business. The mass adaption of this technology will result in new and disruptive solutions, particularly in the financial industry.
