The Gold Coast Secondary Principals’ Alliance (GCSPA) brings together the leaders of 18 state secondary schools across the Gold Coast, representing more than 29,200 students and 3,500 staff. Established in 1997, the Alliance provides a collaborative forum for principals to strengthen state education, share best practice, and advocate for the needs of local schools and their communities. The Alliance is currently led by President Ben Weeks (Principal, Robina State High School) and Vice President Vanessa Rebgetz (Principal, Queensland Academies Health Sciences). Leadership rotates every two years, ensuring shared representation across the region.
