Gold Property Partners is the result of decades of experience in Banking, Finance, Wealth Creation and Investment Property Purchases. Having watched customers either struggle in the past to navigate the waters of Property Purchases or others who are simply so time poor that they don’t have the time to do it themselves we decided to create a service for our customers that steers them to the best possible outcome for them. The easiest way to consider our service is similar to that of a mortgage broker, but instead of loans, we find the right property. We work with you to understand exactly what you want including price range, location and so forth and just like there are dozens of lenders bidding for your business and offering the world to win it, there are also hundreds of builders with a lot of fancy packages designed to lure your business their way. We saw a lot of customers lose confidence and become confused and frustrated trying to work out exactly who to build with and for investors in particular where to build. Getting this wrong can literally cost you tens of thousands of dollars and ruin your chances to grow your portfolio in the future. We decided that just like the mortgage brokers we needed to help the customer by offering to them a selection of properties from trusted builders that met their needs and provide the springboard towards building their wealth for the future.
