About Goldfin Group

It’s inevitable. The more your interests expand, the sooner you run out of things to talk about with your pals who plan to retire at 65 with a corporate-issue 401(k). Your success has vaulted you into the minuscule fraction of Americans who run (or ran) highly profitable ventures, and it can be a lonely place up here if we let it. I saw it firsthand when I owned and operated a private music studio (yep, my professional career began in classical music). At the time, I was directing ensembles that appeared on The Today Show as well as with country singer Kenny Rogers and major ensembles such as the Boston Symphony and the National Symphony Orchestras. All of a sudden, I was in a bubble of folks who had “made it,” and I quickly realized that didn’t mean they had figured it all out—especially when it came to their finances and entrepreneurial pursuits. Slowly, I followed my curiosity and ended up swapping a career in music for one in money. Now, beyond helping successful entrepreneurs grow and protect their wealth, I see Goldfin Group as a space to bring others like us together. Many of my clients meet annually for an in-person summit, and nearly all of us stay connected in other ways throughout the year. It’s a community that celebrates, commiserates, and ideates in a way that only we can. It’s been a godsend for many of us, and I hope it will be for you, too. Care to join us?
