The Golfweek Amateur Tour was created with the to conduct stroke-play golf tournaments for golfers of all ages and handicaps. Through this competition, the Golfweek Amateur Tour promotes the sport of golf by providing an atmosphere of friendly, fair, and well managed competition for amateur golfers in the pursuit of excellence. With more than 4500 members across the United States, The Golfweek Amateur Tour produces more than 700 golf ournaments each season. The cumulation of the season is at the National Tour Championship where 800+ players recognized as "the best of the best" compete in a 54 hole tournament in Hilton Head, SC to crown the new National Champions.
