About Good Luck Don't Suck Consulting Group

We believe that success leaves universal clues which can be applied to all aspects of life. Our mission at GLDS Consulting Group is to collect those clues, package them, and deliver them to everyone in our sphere of influence. We first met within an Air Force affiliated collegiate professional development organization, where we still volunteer as coaches to the over 3,800 students nation-wide. Growing up professionally through the Air Force, we found quick success in our career through listening to mentors as well as analyzing our own habits, communication techniques, personal relationships, and more. As we looked around at our peers, both in and out of uniform, we saw a significant amount of unlocked potential to really kick-ass. This potential remained chained not because they lacked intelligence, motivation, or technical skills, but mostly because no one ever told them how to become a high performer. We created GLDS Consulting Group to unleash that potential and coach our clients on becoming the best version of themselves they are capable of becoming.
