About Good Luck Wellness

I am a creative-minded and compassionate integrative medicine practitioner with a personal mission to co-create freedom and prosperity for all beings. On a day-to-day level, this means I meet each client where they are at, determine what is preventing them from truly thriving, and address the underlying issue using Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua Sha, Herbal Medicine, Medical Aromatherapy, Tarot, and Self-Care Strategies that are tailored to the individual. I have had success collaborating with my clients to relieve and manage emotional imbalances such as anxiety and depression, PTSD, physical pain, allergies, digestive issues, insomnia, and supporting addiction recovery. I love to inspire and motivate people toward their own definition of what wellness means to them, and to help them sustain long-term progress with their health goals. I particularly love working with people who have not felt seen or heard by modern allopathic medicine for any reason, but particularly due to stigmatized health concerns. I am a nationally board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist and licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. I received my undergraduate degree in Literature from the University of California Santa Barbara; my four-year Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I was working as a certified nursing assistant in a residential facility for people living with HIV/AIDS when I decided to apply to acupuncture school. Intending to heal the community on a deeper level, I also ended up learning how to heal myself and I am so excited to share these insights and tools with you.
