We begin by working with our network of artisanal growers and importers, securing the most unique and interesting coffee beans in the world, at times so rare we’re the only ones in the entire country to have them. In the few short years we’ve been around, our rare and exclusive coffees have developed quite a following, including our growing community of loyal subscribers. These discerning coffee lovers have our limited coffee roasts (and subsequently our artful coffee experience), shipped directly to their doorstep, as far away as, and this even surprised us, Dubai. As we said, it’s extraordinary coffee. Going a step further, we do our own roasting right here in LA, which may sound obsessive, but to us, it’s another critical step to ensure that we can control the quality, and taste, of our coffee. The culmination of all of these efforts, the brewing of our coffee, is overseen by our dedicated and passionate staff, with a meticulous eye for detail. Nothing is overlooked. No shortcuts are taken.
