Founded in Chicago in 1974, GB&A is headquartered in Atlanta, and serves investor, corporate, developer and public and private institutional clients. Designs, develops and/or operates institutional, residential and commercial properties including planned communities, retirement communities, university facilities, apartments and condominiums, hotels and convention facilities, office and medical buildings, multi-family residential, and major building renovations. Provides real estate development services, feasibility studies, business plans, site selection evaluations, in addition to a full range of architectural and community planning services, space planning, interior design, scheduling and cost control services.
