About GOTham & Eggs!
We LOVE diners and breakfast food. We LOVE superheroes. When thinking of ideas for starting our own business, a superhero themed diner seemed like the perfect fit. As a household our favorite character is Batman. His city is Gotham and we thought the play on the spelling would be fun for comic and non-comic fans alike. The menu will be organized as a large comic book. We plan to have the categories on the menu named based on comic characters and themes. The items on the menu will be traditional diner items including pancakes, country fried steak, B.L.T.s, and hamburgers. There are some items that set us apart from other diners including fried and filled French toast rolls, locally sourced bread, and a variety of breakfast meats. The diner is decorated in a plethora of comic and superhero artwork and memorabilia.
