About Goya XD

Goya XD is an experience design studio that helps organisations grow without losing what makes them human. Tess started Goya XD because she noticed a pattern: Founders and specialists are great at what they do, but often find themselves stuck somewhere between where they are and where they want to be. Most business challenges aren’t just people or process problems. At their core, they’re design challenges: how systems, culture, communication, and experiences are shaped (or neglected) by the people running them. We work with founders, leaders, and teams to align strategy, culture, and experience — so people are clear on what matters, connected to the work, and confident in how to move forward. We blend strategy with design: shaping better systems, better experiences, and ultimately — better behaviours.
