GP&E Co., Ltd. is a leading global company with eco-friendly technology, based on integrated technologies of environment, biology, and nanochemistry. GP&E Co., Ltd. manufactures and supplies various kinds of high quality Humidity Sensors such as Humidity Indicator Cards (HICs) for electric and electronic products, primarily focusing on Semiconductors, PCBs, and LEDs with its core products for 19 years. HIC is a mandatory item in the final packing of electric and electronic products according to the JEDEC (Joint Electron Device Engineering Council) standards. HIC indicates Relative Humidity (RH) levels by color change in a system where humidity needs to be controlled such as military products, semiconductors, PCBs, and LEDs. GP&E’s HICs have various colors according to the indicating materials. The basic color is CDF type (Blue to Pink) and then CB type (Brown to Green). As Eco-friendly materials (cobalt free & heavy metal free) are CF type (Yellow to Green) and MF1 type (Green to Violet). The developed Eco-friendly HICs by GP&E is very high sensitive and accurate to indicate the relative humidity. For more than 19 years, the big and major companies to lead Semiconductor Industries (Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, LG Innotek and many PCB companies) are using GP&E’s HICs to their business.
