Fear, disruption, chaos. We are forced to manage our exposure and reactions to these things every day. We are bombarded with news, alerts and even physical risks every day, clamoring for information and updates to help minimize the risks, while mitigating the noise of life gpost is a world-wide patented technology created to bring more efficient connections between us, our loved ones and those who have information about events that directly affect our lives by sending alerts only to the geographical area affected by an event. The majority of emergencies, disruptions and impactful events that happen each day occur far from our specific location making the alerts we receive white noise we must assess and dismiss. While these alerts are vital to the community, spreading emergency alerts and disruption mitigation messaging, over time, these messages can become an annoyance we begin disregarding, or worse yet disabling to lessen the chaos we must manage daily. gpost solves many of the problems associated with current messaging technology by allowing the agencies charged with disseminating these alerts the ability to only send them to the geographical location directly affected by the event. To add value to individuals, families, and groups of important people within our lives, gpost has some valuable functions available to anyone who downloads the free app. First, the PANIC BUTTON which allows the user to alert other gpost users within a 500-yard radius of an event, crisis or emergency as well as predefined emergency contacts or loved ones. Users can respond to the panic call by administering aid, contacting 911 or retreating from the situation. Users who are alerted can join a group to engage in two-way communication with others who choose to respond, in essence crowdsourcing personal safety and disruption management. Second, gpost employs a TIMESTAMP function bringing the user a mechanism to document any time, place and visual reference (photo) they choose
