Grace Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving residents of Southeastern Kentucky. Services offered at Grace Health include pediatric and well child care from birth, primary care of all ages, well women care, reduced cost prescriptions through 340B pharmacy, and outreach and education. The mission of Grace Health is to show the love and share the truth of Jesus Christ to Southeastern Kentucky, through access to compassionate, high quality, primary health care for the whole person. Grace Health accepts several major health insurance plans. Grace Health also accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and those covered under KCHIP. A sliding fee discount program is offered to those without health insurance and is based on household income and size. At Grace Health we want to give you the best healthcare available. That is why we are adopting a new way of doing things called the patient-centered medical home. You will have a team of healthcare providers working with you to meet your unique health needs. We want you to feel "at home" with your healthcare. You'll see familiar faces who care about you and your health. We'll work with you to make sure you're getting the best possible healthcare.
