Grace Hospital is a registered Acute Long-Term Care Hospital, the first of its kind in Cuyahoga County. We are Medicare & Medicaid certified and fully accredited by the Joint Commission. As an Acute Long-Term Care Hospital, our reimbursement from Medicare & Medicaid is based on Acute Care Days, rather than Skilled Nursing Days. Our services are also honored by most private insurers. At Grace Hospital we offer 24-hour monitoring of every patient, provided by a fully certified nursing staff. Our nurse to patient ratios are dependent on the conditions of the patient.
