Grace Valley Properties, LLC is a family owned business specializing in Real Estate Investing. We have been involved with residential building and design for 40 years, and 3 generations, in both Pennsylvania and Virginia. We help people who need to sell their homes fast due to foreclosure, inherited property, unwanted property, divorce, job relocation, down sizing, up sizing, and many other reasons that someone may need to sell their home quickly. With our company we offer a competitive fair market value for properties and our team loves to help those in need and wants to make the transition as effortless as possible when selling a home is of high priority. There are no fees or inspections so people can move on with things in their lives that are more important such as family. Our team also helps individuals and investors locate properties that may require TLC and are at discounted prices. Investors, we’ve already done the work and made the investments. Because our team comes across so many great deals (30%-50% below market value) we simply cannot keep all the properties ourselves…and frankly we’re really good at finding properties but would rather not own all of them. However, if someone is looking for a home but does not want to spend the "move-in ready" price and have no money left over to put your their own "stamp" on it, then we can help. Most of the properties that we find are discounted properties and we pass that savings on. Some homes require more work and some just need a fresh coat of paint.
