About Gradient Workshops

We design and build commercial interiors across the Middle East - hospitality, retail, offices, and hotels. Every space starts from the ground up. We map the architecture, challenge the layout, and rethink how the space should actually function. Our approach is practical, sharp, and focused on long term value, not just surface level styling. We handle design, FF&E, and fitout, working closely with clients from early concept to final execution. That includes lighting plans, custom furniture, and sourcing distinct materials from global makers. We also collaborate with our in house branding team to develop full visual identities, from logos and environmental graphics to wayfinding and packaging. This can stand alone or run alongside the interior work. With our team based in Bahrain and working across Saudi and the wider Gulf, we stay involved through construction and handover. We are known for being hands on, resourceful, and honest in how we work. We will tell you what is worth it, what is not, and how to make it better.
