Combining exceptional knowledge of products and industry with our friendly and hardworking staff, we pride ourselves on offering the best customer service to all who interact with us, whether they work within the industry or are undergoing a one-off DIY project. As part of Saint-Gobain Building Distribution, we invest heavily in all members of the Graham team, from branches to head office, to give everyone the knowledge they need to excel and progress within the company. We encourage all staff to train and develop in a variety of areas of the business, with a mixture of e-learning and hands-on experience to really help boost their careers within the Saint-Gobain group. Graham launched the Customer F1rst initiative last year, as we firmly believe that the relationships we have with our customers is the most valuable part of our business, and so aim to put them first at every opportunity.
