Incorporated in 1994, Grand Projects was founded by its principal, Larry L. White. The desire was to provide “Big Project Experience and Best Practices” to Mid-Sized Construction Projects. As with any entrepreneur, Larry had an independent spirit and a desire to control the project delivery method more efficiently for the client’s benefit. The goal was to provide dedication to the client’s expectations; ensure exceptionally high standards with a specialized team of skilled and talented management and construction subcontractors, and provide a collaborative approach by providing a total solution from start to finish. Today with continued leadership from Larry White, Grand Projects’ founding philosophies remain. Grand Projects diligently manages each project methodically as if it’s ours--as our customers frequently state, “That’s why we hired you.”-- to eliminate obstacles early on so there are no surprises. Delivering superior results, consistently, and on budget supports Grand Projects reputation for maximizing value for its customers.
