Grande Masonry is a full-service masonry company providing new masonry and stone installation, masonry restoration, stone carving, and waterproofing applications. Our portfolio of new brick, CMU and stone construction is unmatched. Our brick and CMU experience spans three generations and includes structural CMU, decorative CMU, brick veneer, arches, columns, cornices, dimensional stone, ashlar veneers, fieldstone, and other varied architectural facades. We have worked extensively in limestone, granite, sandstone, and rubble veneers. We have extensive experience in tuckpointing of joints, replacing and rebuilding brick, brick matching, brick cleaning, retrofit anchoring and stabilization, and mortar selection and matching. Our craftsmen have comprehensive training and experience in all types of stone, including limestone, sandstone, granite, marble, and terra cotta. Expertise includes Jahn repair mortars, Dutchmen, replication and replacement, retrofit anchoring, and structural repair. We also have vast experience in cleaning, consolidation, and historic coatings. Grande Masonry’s dedicated waterproofing division concentrates on all aspects of waterproofing within the new construction field, building restoration, building maintenance, and assists building owners with water intrusion problems. Grande Masonry owns, installs and operates most equipment needed to access building facades. Below grade waterproofing services include dampproofing, sheet applied waterproofing, liquid applied waterproofing, blindside waterproofing, cementitious & metallic waterproofing and grout injection. Above grade waterproofing services include sheet applied AVB, spray applied AVB, hot fluid applied waterproofing, cold fluid applied waterproofing, sealants, security sealants, sanitary sealant, fire/smoke stopping, expansion joints, traffic & pedestrian deck coating and elastomeric coatings.
