Granoff Real Estate (“GRE”) is a developer and owner of multi-family and mixed-use properties. The firm was founded in 1998 by Rich Granoff as an offshoot of Granoff Architects, and his wife, Jill Granoff, as an investment vehicle for the Granoff family. Together they have deployed capital in dozens of residential, commercial, and mixed use buildings to drive value creation and wealth generation. GRE’s current development projects total 1.3 million S.F. with a value exceeding $500 million USD. Given its architectural roots, GRE has a design-focused philosophy.
