At Grantfen our USP is definitely our in house IT development team. They enable us to be flexible and to integrate legacy systems and bring together multiple disciplines. We can design systems bespoke to our clients exact requirements and write integration connecting head end software not just to traditional security disciplines such as access control or intruder but to building management systems, Life safety systems, 3rd party software or Visitor management systems. Our dedicated design, project management and 24/7 service teams ensure that we deliver the highest level of service from initial design through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring and are SC cleared for high security projects. At our Preston head office we have created a client experience centre where we can generate security incidents and threat changes to demonstrate our automated solutions.
