OUR STORY In early 1980s three friends saw the growing demand for engineering and office automation products in Dubai and thus began the story of Graphic International Centre (GIC). GIC was founded with the simple idea of bringing the best products and brands from all over the globe to UAE and what started with products like large copiers, printers, drawing boards and architectural drawing tools soon shifted to technology led innovation. The company’s vision to stay ahead of the market trend and consumer needs soon led them to identify and harness the latent potential of office equipment and Information technology. Building on the traditional values of serving the customers and aiding partner brands globally GIC has made a unique niche for itself in the Middle East, with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Today GIC is one of the leading solution providers dealing with high quality technology products catering to document solutions, wide format printers, office automation products, art & crafts and reprographics service, to name a few. The strategic location in UAE gives GIC an operational advantage to operate in Middle East and GIC has been a business partner to many globally renowned brands. GIC has been the preferred partners with Ricoh, Mutoh, Oki, Fellowes and over 30 global brands for between 5 to 30 years. GIC was recognized and certified by Ricoh as the first strategic partner in the Middle East region in the year 2015. GIC is in a Joint Venture Partner with Kala Finishing Systems (France), since its inception in early 2003. GIC’s traditional model of being the sole distributor for high quality brands gets its strength from a seasoned and talented sales and service force who are dedicated to providing solutions as well as after sale support.
