Graphoidal was founded in the late 1950’s as a specialist lubrication engineering company to manufacture graphite based lubricants and lubricant application equipment. Our success has been achieved by providing high levels of customer service with the flexibility to tailor requirements to a specific application. Something that larger companies are not always able to achieve. We have the in house design ability to supply bespoke solutions to solve our customers’ problems and we are used to looking at one off applications. We also understand the importance of reliable operation. Most of our systems are used in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, production line processes where reliability is essential, we therefore build equipment up to a quality, not down to a price. Words such as Consistency, Control, Repeatability and Accuracy are always included in our system specifications with the end result being an improvement in performance and / or a reduction in operating cost for the customer. Custom built micro-controllers with features such as data logging are common in our systems so customers have the feedback they need to make informed and controlled adjustments to their applications resulting in increased efficiency from their processes.
