We understand that no HR issue is the same so we tailor our approach to suit that situation. • HR Projects If you are looking for help with a particular HR project then we are here to help every step of the way. Our HR health check is essentially an audit on your HR policies and practices, ensuring they are correct and up to date. This is a four-stage process where we identify the areas that need improved and produce a report on our findings and recommendations. Another project that we offer is ensuring that your HR standards are best practice. This often follows on from a health check and creates a solid foundation for HR activities.
