This year marks GCA's 21st year as an agent for Knelson Concentrators of Langley, Canada, now FLSmidth Knelson. The Continuous Variable Discharge (CVD) Knelson Concentrator has broadened the spectrum on the types of minerals that can be effectively recovered by gravity concentration. Consep, an Australian company that specialises in process technologies, is the supplier of the market leading Intense Cyanidation Reactor, the ACACIA. The ACACIA reactor is especially utilised in combination with the Kneslon Concentrator, in which gold recoveries can reach up to 98%. GCA has facilities for bench and pilot-scale testing of Knelson semi-batch and continuous technology.
