I understand the busy pace of leading social change can sometimes leave senior leadership and the board without the bandwidth to move a strategic project forward or with the need to have outside thought-partnership or expertise. With experience as an Executive Director, a board member, and working for a leading company in corporate and social responsibility, I understand all aspects of nonprofit management and the intersection between nonprofits, foundations and businesses. I have a passion for helping social change organizations increase their capacity, obtain best practices, drive strategic initiatives forward, and build collaborations.
