About Greatness Life Engineering

We help people and organizations develop leadership and commercial skills and abilities by assesing their emotional intelligence starting point, minimizing the impact of their maladaptive thinking and behavioral patterns and developing new effective and constructive patterns and tools. Greatness is about taking people from where they are at and bringing them to where they want to and can be. Our training programs are tailor made, completely adapted to the needs or our clients. We evaluate the culture, the needs, the goals and its progress. Our training sessions are built on the belief that we can only change that which we have previously identified as a need. Therefore, we have developed an inductive and experiential methodology that allows our participants to discover their starting point and natural tendencies in different management and commercial situations. We then build on their strengths proposing concrete tools to change and develop behavior. At the end of each training session each participant commits to a personalized implementation plan to turn these new skills into habits. We commit to follow up and aid their progress. Our team is continuously learning, evolving and sharing knowledge. We train together and develop new programs and tools continuously.
