About GREC

The brand GREC is existing since the beginning of 20th century. It was a company specialized in manufacturing of various equipments for food industry. During decades the company developes its own know how for sizing agitators in food and chemical industry in various applications. Starting from 80' company becomes a pure mixer manufacturer, leaving other products. In 2004 GREC joins Finder Group, sharing its own experience with DDA, companyspecialized in agiattors for waste water treatment and ceramic applications. The company open a research and development division which check best solutions coming from the two different experiences and develope a study for a new high efficiency impeller for power saving. Finder group invested lots of money ina new testing room which allowed to develop a brand new range of impellers and agitators. In 2009 the group becomes parts of a private equity fund which decide to focus its business in the O&G markets with API 610/API 676 pumps and divest products focussed more in other markets. Some employes of Finder group has opportunity to buy Mixer division from the Fund and in this way GREC Srl start again its activity in March 2010 In September 2010 the company moves in the new bigger facility in Binasco.
