About Green Cooperative Housing Construction Development
Developing owner-occupied homes through a design--build organization, called CPR (Competitively Priced Residences) Builders. In conjunction with the for-profit entity, we are creating a membership-based organization called Prospective Homeowners Association, as a mutual benefit society, a 501(c)4, to support construction or redevelopment of properties, both large and small, that are more-affordable to working class buyers of moderate-to-middle incomes.
