Javier Portal is the Owner and Managing Broker of Green Group Realty. Born and raised in Miami, with a large network across South Florida, Javier brings valuable insight to the most exclusive properties and desirable neighborhoods in South Florida. Javier’s experience ranges from the purchase, sale and or leasing of all types of commercial and industrial buildings, multi-family housing, investments, complex development or land projects, luxury residential real estate and probate and estate real estate transactions. As a Miami native with a Cuban heritage, and bilingual in English and Spanish, he connects with clients local to South Florida and all over the world. Javier’s local and international clientele ranges from investors, developers, business owners, home buyers, and trustees, heirs and estate beneficiaries. With years of sales and negotiating experience and Javier’s knowledge across multiple markets of real estate, Javier is known for closing complex deals and making his client satisfaction second-to-none. On his spare time, Javier likes to spend quality time with his wife and two young boys. As a former collegiate golfer, and overall sports fanatic, you can find him on the golf course or supporting South Florida’s local professional sports teams and community teams including the Columbus Explorers, Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, Miami Hurricanes, FIU Panthers and the Florida Panthers.
