About Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center
Green Lotus Yoga and Healing Center was founded in 2007 with the mission to bring community-based integrative healing centers to the Twin Cities. Our vision is simple: to offer people the opportunity to grow from the inside out. Green Lotus offers Wellness to the Workplace programs, bringing yoga, massage, and workshops to offsite locations throughout the Twin Cities to help companies support their employees in their wellness goals. Green Lotus's training programs include a Reiki School, and is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Our 5-star 200-hour yoga teacher training and continuing-education school is one of the oldest and highest rated schools in Minnesota. Our centers, located in Lakeville & Mendota Heights, offer a wide variety of healing modalities including massage, acupuncture, reiki and energy healing, infrad suana and red light therapies, gentle chiropractic, yoga and meditation retreats throughout the world, live-streaming and in-person yoga and fitness classes, private yoga and meditation sessions, and workshops and events with renowned presenters.
